Sometimes it's hard not to overthink things or get anxious in certain moments. Being in the dark or not being in control can definitely be scary. Instead of letting your fears of 'what if' take over your mind, try to pause and think of the things that you know, and let them comfort you. Don't let fear win. Reminding yourself of the things you are certain of can sometimes be your safe haven.
