Hello everyone! Since I've been in a pretty major health/workout kick this week, (although I have been working out I've just been pretty serious about clean eating and working out recently, lol) I've decided to share with you my favorite ab workout! My track team does this ab routine and it seriously kiiiiills. I thought it'd be easier if I made a video showing you guys the workout instead of typing it up and taking step by step pictures trying to explain it. So, here it is:
